
SKYLINE DRIVE – Town East Boulevard to Peachtree Road
What: Four lane divided concrete thoroughfare reconstruction project which will move westbound lanes to the south creating a buffer area that includes a trail, screening wall, and landscaping.
When: Project is complete. We celebrated with a ribbon cutting on July 30.

F. P. LUCAS BOULEVARD – McKenzie Road to E. Cartwright Road
What: Existing two-lane asphalt road will be replaced with a four-lane divided concrete thoroughfare. The project includes trails and a new bridge section. Two-way traffic will be maintained on existing or new pavement during construction.
When: City utility improvements and storm sewer are substantially complete. Phase I paving to being soon.

EXECUTIVE BOULEVARD and INNOVATIVE WAY
What: Industrial street reconstruction which will include water and sanitary sewer replacement under the pavement.
When: City utility improvements are substantially complete and being tested. Concrete paving is underway. Construction will be complete in the fall of 2024.
ROLLINGWOOD HILLS (Real. Texas. Roads. project*)
What: Residential water, sanitary sewer, and street improvements in the Rollingwood Hills subdivision. Paving improvements will include both concrete reconstruction and asphalt milling and overlay.
When: Paving reconstruction is substantially complete. Some alley pavement, sidewalk sections, and utility items remain to be finished. Project is scheduled to be complete this summer.
WISER ROAD (near Markout Central to near the Holzapfel Pump Station)
What: Project includes asphalt milling and overlay (removal of the existing asphalt pavement to correct, restore, and smooth the surface for resurfacing). Temporary closures may require Markout Central to be used for local access.
When: Project started in August and will be finished in September.

BIG TOWN BOULEVARD (Samuell Boulevard to the City limits)
What: Concrete pavement reconstruction of identified areas including isolated curb and median repairs. Project includes comprehensive asphalt milling and overlay (removal of the existing asphalt pavement to correct, restore, and smooth the surface for resurfacing).
When: Project is substantially complete.

SOUTH PARKWAY – U.S. 80 to Peachtree Road (Real. Texas. Roads. project*)
What: Utility and paving reconstruction of a two-lane residential collector street to include areas of on-street parking. Sections of the road will be closed during different phases of construction. Residents will have alley access to their homes.
When: City utilities and storm sewer should be complete in early fall. South Parkway is now closed to thru traffic except for City services and deliveries.
