Residential Requirements

New residential water service may be applied for in person or online.

The following information will be required for application approval:

  • Service application.
  • Valid state issued I.D. for each property owner/tenant
  • One of the following:
  • If you are returning customer, all delinquent balances must be paid in full prior to submitting an application.

A minimum $100 deposit will be applied to the first billing for new water customers.

  • If you are a returning customer, please call 972-216-6208 for your deposit amount. The amount required will be same amount as when service was disconnected at your previous address, but not less than $100.

Commercial Requirements

New commercial water service may be applied for in person or online. To apply online please Commercial Water Service Application.

A deposit equal to an average 3 month bill at the service location will be applied to the first billing. Please call 972-216-6208 for deposit amount.
