Mesquite Police Alarm Permit applications may be completed through the City of Mesquite Citizen Self Service Portal. You can access that portal here.
If you have never registered for the CSS Portal, there are instructions for how to register here.
Once you are registered for CSS, you should choose "Apply" and select either "Police Commercial Alarm" or "Police Residential Alarm". Follow the prompts to complete the application.
