Services & Responsibilities

Through collaboration, Neighborhood Development guides the physical, economic and social development of Mesquite's neighborhoods toward an improved quality of life. Neighborhood Development implements policies and strategies to enable and foster neighborhood improvement, stability, and viability of the city's neighborhoods, concentrating on low and moderate income neighborhoods.
