Compost Facility
All yard waste in Mesquite is collected at the Municipal Composting Facility and broken down organically through a method called composting. The finished materials are compost and mulch which can be used for gardening and other landscape purposes. Learn more about the facility.
Convenience Center
The Citizens Convenience and Recycling Center was opened in order to provide Mesquite residents the ability to dispose of junk and other items at no cost. The facility is open only to Mesquite residents and will only take materials generated at the residence. Learn more about the center.
