The Risk Management Division of the Human Resources Department assists in the protection of people and property that make the City of Mesquite a better place to work and live. Risk Management staff assists the various city departments by:
Analyzing injuries and accidents involving city employees and assets
Helping injured employees access medical care for injuries
Identifying and overseeing sources and methods to fund accidental losses when they occur
Sourcing and providing training to department employees
