Mesquite, TX – November 13, 2019 – Areas of Ebrite and Front streets are closed to all public travel beginning Nov. 13, 2019, and will remain closed for several months. The closures will allow for installation of underground utilities and paving as part of Phase I of the Front Street infrastructure project.
Road closures are as follows:
- Ebrite Street from Texas Street to Main Street – Closed until all underground utilities and paving are installed. The detour for Ebrite Street is Kearney Street to Galloway, then south to Main Street. The railroad crossover is closed.
- Front Street from Broad Street to Ebrite Street – Closed until all underground utilities and paving are installed. The detour for Front Street is North Galloway Avenue south to Main Street, or Broad Street to Main Street.
