- Mesquite Golf Course – Closed
- Senior Centers – Closed
- Mesquite Natatorium – Closed
- After School Adventures & Ice Camp – Canceled
- Youth Basketball Practices – Canceled
Open with adjusted hours:
- Recreation Centers – Evans, Dunford, Rutherford, and Florence open 12–6 p.m.
