UPDATE: Crews are finishing the work on F. P. Lucas Boulevard, and it will now re-open on Tuesday, July 29. Two-way traffic will switch to the new eastbound pavement (including in the roundabout). Casting Ridge will be closed to through traffic but will accessible to emergency vehicles.
