UPDATE as of 7:30 p.m. on March 24: The repair ETA has been extended to 10 p.m. The original major repair is complete. However, one additional repair remains. We understand this is inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize. Thank you to the crews that have worked day and night and who continue to work until the issue is resolved.
UPDATE as 1:45 p.m. on March 24: Water service related to the outage at Oates and Northwest is estimated to be restored at 8 p.m. Crews are making progress with service being restored in phases. The repair has been challenging due how to deeply the water main is buried. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Check back for updates.

At 3:30 a.m. on March 23, a water main break occurred at Oates and Northwest. Crews have been working to fix the break since it occurred. The water shut-down area had to be extended further out than normal, so several streets and businesses are without water. Currently, the estimated time is 8-9 p.m. for water to be restored.
