On Sept. 17 and 18, F. P. Lucas Blvd. between McKenzie Road and E. Cartwright Road will be closed to through traffic from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. to set bridge beams. The road will be fully opened during the day. Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have property access during closure.
