Mesquite, TX – January 5, 2020 – Every January, the City of Mesquite along with the Mesquite NAACP celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This year, the celebration will take place on the City’s Facebook page on January 16 at 2 P.M. The Community Celebration will feature remarks by various church pastors and community leaders, dances, musical performances, and monologues.
