Mesquite, TX - Aug. 21, 2019 - On Tuesday, 08/20/2019, the Mesquite Police Department arrested Ruben Castillo for the offense of Criminal Solicitation of a Minor to Commit Sexual Assault of a Child. Mr. Castillo was employed with the Mesquite ISD Transportation Division as a bus driver for eleven years.
