Mesquite, TX - July 25, 2019 - The Mesquite City Council recently passed an ordinance to establish designated voter registration sites at certain City facilities. Through Oct. 4, citizens can register to vote at the following locations: the Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 1515 N. Galloway Ave.; the Main Library, 300 W.
