• Trash & Convenience Center – Residential trash and recycling service canceled and will resume on residents next scheduled trash day. Commercial trash service and the Convenience Center are closed.
• Historic Mesquite – Opal Lawrence Park and Florence Ranch Park are closed.
• Recreation Centers – All Recreation Centers are closed, except Evans Recreation Center, open 9 a.m.–6 p.m. as a warming center. The gym and fitness center at Evans will also be open. All scheduled activities and reservations at Rutherford, Florence, Dunford, and Goodbar Recreation Centers are canceled.
• After School Adventures & Ice Camp - Canceled
• Youth Basketball practice - Canceled
• All Senior Centers - Closed
• Mesquite Natatorium – Closed.
• Westlake Sports Center – Closed.
• Mesquite Golf Club – Closed.
• Municipal Court – Closed.
• Animal Shelter – Closed. 
• Heritage Plaza – Closed.
• Mesquite Arts Center – Closed.
• Libraries – Main Library and North Branch Library are closed, and North Branch programs scheduled (Storytime at 10:30 a.m. and Study Hall at 4 p.m.) are canceled.
• Mesquite Metro Airport – Closed.
