Mesquite, TX – April 18, 2019 – On Saturday, May 4, Mesquite Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Hispanic Forum of Mesquite, will celebrate Mexico’s rich culture with a Cinco de Mayo Celebration at Paschall Park, 1001 New Market Road, from noon to 5 p.m.
This family friendly event features authentic Mexican food, a piñata break, a jalapeño eating contest, folklórico dancers, live music and more. Martha’s Bridal will sponsor a Quinceañera fashion show on the community stage at 12:30 p.m.
Parking and admission to the event are free; however, food, games and some activities have a small fee.
