Mesquite, Texas – March 27, 2019 – Scyene Road is open to all public travel from Clay Mathis Road to the APAC asphalt plant. Faithon P. Lucas and Larkin Road are open to public travel at Scyene Road and the railroad crossings. Scyene Road eastbound access ends at the APAC plant.
For the next two months, access to Mesquite Metro Airport and the APAC plant is available only from Clay Mathis Road. The eastbound Scyene Road detour is southbound on Clay Mathis Road to Lawson Road, then northeastern on Lawson Road to Scyene Road.
From Lawson Road to the Atmos Gas entrance, Scyene Road is open to local residents and Atmos Gas. The westbound Scyene Road detour is south on Lawson Road to Clay Mathis, then north on Clay Mathis to Scyene Road.
From Sunnyvale and Garland, access to the APAC plant is Clay Mathis Road to Scyene Road, then east to APAC.
