Mesquite, TX – October 13, 2020 – Out of an abundance of caution in response to COVID-19, the City of Mesquite supports the Dallas County Public Health Committee Guidance for Halloween and Related Activities issued on Oct. 2. The guidelines offer parents and participants a list of unsafe and not recommended activities, as well as recommended activities for fun while protecting your health. The guidelines also offer other planning tips for organizations hosting events and health tips for those who do choose to participate in Halloween activities.
