Mesquite, TX – November 19, 2018 – Most City offices and facilities are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Nov. 22-23. Recycling will not be collected Nov. 22 or 23. Trash will not be collected Nov. 22 but will resume Nov. 23. For those collection days missed, collection will resume on residents’ next scheduled collection day.
