Mesquite, TX – November 12, 2018 – Christmas on the Square is the annual tree lighting event held at Heritage Square in Downtown Mesquite, 223 W. Davis St. The event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, with the lighting of the tree taking place at approximately 6:15 p.m.
In addition to complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, food will be available for purchase from Pap’s Barbeque. There also will be free children’s craft activities, live music from the Mesquite Community Band and a dance performance by Stage Door Dancers. Bring your camera for pictures with Santa Claus.
