The Mesquite Police and Fire departments will attend neighborhood activities throughout the city on National Night Out, Oct. 2. Each year, neighborhood groups in Mesquite actively participate in events such as block parties and cookouts. Requests for attendance at an event by Mesquite police officers or firefighters are met on a first-come, first-served basis. Register your event and request attendance by emailing crimeprevention@mesquitepolice.org.
