[ARCHIVED] F. P. Lucas Boulevard to re-open on July 28

UPDATE: F. P. Lucas Boulevard will re-open on Monday, July 28, and two-way traffic will switch to the new eastbound pavement (including in the roundabout). Casting Ridge will be closed to through traffic but will accessible to emergency vehicles.
