Mesquite, TX – November 2, 2021 – At the Nov. 1 City Council meeting, four City employees were honored with Real. Texas. Service. Champion awards. The Real. Texas. Service. Champions program celebrates employees who provide exemplary customer service and achieve accomplishments that merit special recognition.
The following employees were recognized: Captain Harlan Lowrance - Mesquite Fire Department, Luis Monreal - Mesquite Library System, Norma Pena - Neighborhood Services and Valarie Knowles - Mesquite Police Department.
