Mesquite, TX – March 18, 2021 – As a part of its continuing Recovery Mesquite efforts to help the community move forward and onward from the impacts of the pandemic, the City of Mesquite held its March Community Health Virtual Meeting on March 11. Click here to watch.
The meeting featured Lark Stewart, Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Mesquite ISD, who spoke about family nutrition. Pam Folsom, the city’s Senior Recreation Supervisor for 50+ Programs also joined Talli Zuckerman and Diana Truong, Dietetic Interns with the Visiting Nurses Association, in speaking about senior citizen nutrition.
