Mesquite, TX – May 8, 2019 – Effective May 7, City of Mesquite has discontinued the Solid Waste & Recycling mobile app, weekly collection reminders and Waste Wizard tools to solid waste customers.
These online and mobile services began a few years ago and have not been used by the majority of the customer base as originally planned. The funds used to maintain the contract with the vendor who operates this service will be used to improve other areas of Solid Waste operations.
