The City of Mesquite will conduct a 2023 Mesquite Community Attitude and Satisfaction Survey. The survey will be administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for governmental organizations. Randomly selected Mesquite citizens will be contacted throughout September and October 2023 to participate in the survey questionnaire by mail or online to ensure a scientific representation of the community. The survey will be opened to the public for additional input in November. ETC will tabulate the results and present them during a City Council meeting later in the year.
Purpose of Survey
- Assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of City services
- Help determine community priorities
- Compare the City's quality of services with other communities
- Compare this year's survey results with the results of previous surveys
