NEOGOV Perform - Online Performance Evaluations
The City uses NEOGOV Perform for performance evaluations. The system is profile-based; every City employee has an account. After activating an account, an employee can
Employees with computer access will be able to complete the following tasks online:
- Complete the Employee Development Questionnaire (EDQ)
- Use the Journal Entries feature to include comments to use in the future EDQ.
- Sign a performance evaluation
- Review past performance evaluations at any time in the year
- Track tasks and goals set by supervisor and/or manager
If the employee does not have access to a computer, the direct supervisor/manager should give a paper copy of the EDQ to the employee.
Supervisors/Managers will be able to do all the following listed above and:
- Set tasks/goals for direct reports
- Use the Journal Entries feature for performance documentation/comments to use in future evaluations
- View profiles of direct reports
- Receive notifications once the employee’s EDQ is completed (if completed online)
- Begin a performance evaluation after the employee has completed the EDQ
