The Mesquite Charter Review Committee will host a public meeting to gather input on a review of the City Charter. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 20 at 7 p.m. at Agnew Middle School, 729 Wilkinson Drive. The public is encouraged to attend. The Mesquite City Council created an advisory committee to review, receive public input and provide a report to the City Council on possible changes to the City of Mesquite Charter. This program is recommended for children 3 to 5 years old. There is a mix of songs, rhymes, finger plays, and books. However, there is a greater emphasis on books, on longer stories with more challenging content, and on independent participation by the kids Children will be introduced to group participation, and caregivers will learn some songs and rhymes to share with their children at home. This program is an opportunity for children to mature socially and developmentally in preparation for school. Program length: approx. 30 minutes.
