    The Mesquite Charter Review Committee will host a public meeting to gather input on a review of the City Charter. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 20 at 7 p.m. at Agnew Middle School, 729 Wilkinson Drive. The public is encouraged to attend. The Mesquite City Council created an advisory committee to review, receive public input and provide a report to the City Council on possible changes to the City of Mesquite Charter.   4. Low Cost Animal Vaccine Clinic

    A Low Cost Vaccine Clinic will be held at the Mesquite Animal Shelter, 1650 Gross Road, on Saturday, September 30, from 10 a.m. - noon. A variety of dog and cat vaccinations will be offered and will range in cost from $5 - $20. No appointment is necessary. Services will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
