Hermitage Drive closures As of July 13, Hermitage Drive will be closed between Skyline Drive and Portsmouth Drive in various stages for approximately 30 days. This project is in conjunction with installing a storm sewer for the Skyline Drive project. The Portsmouth Drive intersection will remain open, and all properties have alternate access routes. We know this may be an inconvenience for many, but it’s a necessary project. We appreciate your patience while improvements are made.
