The City of Mesquite provides a variety of fun and engaging summer camps for children. Camps run weekly from 7:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. and include themed activities, weekly field trips and swim days, arts & crafts, and more.

• Kidz Kamp (offered at Rutherford and Florence Recreation Centers) are indoor camps serving children who have completed Kindergarten through 5^th grade.

• Pre-Teen & Teen Camp serves pre-teens entering middle school through the 8th grade.

• Outdoor Adventure Camp is a totally outdoor experience serving children who have completed Kindergarten through 5^th grade. This camp features a ropes/challenge course lead by trained staff in addition to traditional camp activities.

Children will need to bring a sack lunch, water bottle and afternoon snack every day.  Field trips will require special permission slips as necessary, and swim days will require children to bring swimsuits, sunscreen and towels.
