Homeowners will need to bring a copy of the settlement statements received at the closing of the home and personal identification for each of the listed purchasers to the Water Billing Office. Renters will need to bring a copy of the lease agreement, green tag showing the property has passed inspection by the City of Mesquite within the past 30 days, and personal identification for each adult tenant on the lease to the Water Billing Office. If you are paying in person, the Water Billing Office accepts cash, checks, money orders and all credit cards except American Express.
If you are paying over the phone, the Water Billing Office accepts checks by phone or credit/debit cards through the automated payment system.
If you are paying online, the Water Billing Office accepts payment with direct withdrawal from checking accounts and debit or credit cards.
