    The Mesquite Arts Council's Tote-and-Go Program is a contactless free service, which is open to the public. This service is first-come, first-serve and is located inside the Mesquite Arts Center's front lobby table. This service is available Monday-Friday, starting at 10 AM of each week. Children DO NOT need to be present.

    City Council meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month. The meetings are re-scheduled to the next Tuesday when it conflicts with a City holiday that falls on a Monday meeting date. The start time is published once the agenda is finalized and posted online. Per State law, agendas are posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the meeting start time. Residents may sign-up through the “Mesquite Messenger/Notify Me” function on the City’s website to receive email notification when a new City Council agenda is posted.

  1. Pumpkin Palooza

    October 5, 2020 - October 31, 2020

    To celebrate fall, the Mesquite Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with local businesses to launch a citywide scavenger hunt called “Pumpkinpalooza.” The scavenger hunt competition will run through October 31. Each week on Saturday, a clue will be posted on the City’s Facebook page with hints to the location of one of the pumpkins. Participants will need to locate the pumpkin displays based on the clues, and then post a picture of themselves with the pumpkin to the Pumpkinpalooza event on the City’s Facebook page.
