On May 5, Mesquite voters approved all eight proposed City Charter amendments and elected Councilmembers for Places 3, 4 and 5 in the Annual City Election and a Special Charter Amendment Election. Incumbent Councilmembers Bruce Archer, Dan Aleman, Jr., and Greg Noschese were re-elected to their respective places.
A special City Council meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, in the City Hall Council Chamber, 757 N. Galloway Ave., to canvass the May 5 election results. Visit www.cityofmesquite.com/ElectionResults for more information.
