Assistant City Manager
Beginning his tenure with the City of Mesquite in 1993, Ted has served the City for over 27 years in various roles. He served as Budget Director for 12 years and is a Certified Governmental Finance Officer.
Prior to his time with Mesquite, he served our Country as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Ted holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A & M University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Texas State University.
