Between the months of April and June, the Mesquite Police Department investigated numerous burglary offenses in which General Motors SUV’s were targeted for their third row seats. Investigators cultivated numerous leads, which allowed them to identify four suspects in the offenses. On June 14, officers observed the primary suspect driving in the Town East area. He appeared to be looking for more SUV’s to burglarize. The suspect, Inber Castillo-Solorzano was stopped and placed under arrest. During an interview with investigators, Castillo-Solorzano confessed to committing 10 third row seat vehicle burglaries between April and June in Mesquite. Investigators have since obtained warrants for the remaining three suspects in connection with these offenses.

Suspect #4 Perez, Julia 41 of Dallas- At large active warrant
