This fall, the City of Mesquite will conduct a Community Survey to get input from its citizens on programs and services.
In the first phase through October, Mesquite residents selected at random will receive an invitation by text message, letter or social media to participate in the survey questionnaire. The online survey will be open to all residents later in November. All responses will be kept confidential.
“We greatly appreciate residents taking time to complete the survey because we want to ensure that the City’s priorities align with the needs of our citizens,” said Assistant City Manager Chris Sanchez. “We will use the information gathered in the Community Survey to improve City services and help identify and address challenges in the community.”
The Community Survey will be administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for government organizations. Check the City’s social media accounts, in Mainstream, and Council Connection for updates about the Community Survey.
