Mesquite, TX – April 21, 2023 – Each year, the Mesquite Police Department honors its employees through a presentation of awards for superior public service to the Mesquite community. On April 17, top awards were presented to Jeremy Epperson as Officer of the Year, and Esmeralda Montante as Civilian of the Year.
