Mesquite, TX – Dec. 7, 2022 – Huntington Industrial Partners has officially announced the construction of a 532,972 square-foot, three-building development in one of the region’s most active industrial submarkets.
635 Military Parkway in Mesquite is expected to deliver second quarter 2023 near the intersection of IH-635 and Military Parkway. The buildings include 241,512 square-foot cross dock, 117,260 square-foot front load, and 174,200 square-foot front load industrial spaces with 32-foot clearance heights.
