City of Mesquite Boil Water Notice Update

Feb. 18 – 11 a.m.

Our water system is now providing adequate pressure through the system. Residents are encouraged to continue boiling water until our test results confirm there are no issues with water quality.  We will provide an all clear notice as soon as possible.  If you have any questions about the boil water notice, please call the City of Mesquite’s Water Emergency Hot Line at 972-204-4888. Residents are encouraged to monitor your water use and inspect for frozen lines. As the temperature warms up, there is a chance that pipes can still break. If you experience a plumbing emergency and you are unable to shut water off to your house, please call Water Utilities Dispatch at 972-216-6278 to have your water turned off.  This may take several hours due to the high volume of calls received.
