Out of an abundance of caution in response to COVID-19, the City of Mesquite supports the Dallas County Public Health Committee Guidance for Halloween and related activities. The Committee is advising against Halloween gatherings, events and parties. As well as trick or treating, haunted houses and Trunk or Treat events.
