Pfizer Vaccine Opportunity for Mesquite ISD Students and Families

Mesquite ISD is partnering with the City of Mesquite to distribute 1,000 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to any interested Mesquite ISD students and their family members ages 12 and up. Vaccine distribution will take place at the K. David Belt Professional Development Center on Saturday, May 15, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is required. A parent/guardian must be present for any student receiving the vaccine. MISD is pleased to offer this opportunity to our families following the City of Mesquite’s generous donation of its current vaccine supply.

The Pfizer vaccine requires a second dose for maximum effectiveness. Those receiving a vaccine on Saturday will be contacted with details when it is time for their second dose.

The K. David Belt Professional Development Center is located at 3819 Town Crossing Blvd. Please enter through the door that faces Outback Steakhouse. Vaccinations will be administered in the Vision Room. Please wear a mask when in the building. Adults should bring a photo ID.
