The Make Mesquite Mess Free litter prevention campaign is an extension of The City of Mesquite Clean City Initiative consisting of Less Litter in Lots at our Businesses, Clean Campus Clubs at our Schools, and Waste in Place at our Parks. This program was generously funded by a grant received from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
