In the wake of the February 2021 winter storm, the City of Mesquite offers emergency home repair assistance. This program is available to assist income-eligible homeowners in Mesquite with emergency home repairs such as plumbing repairs such as burst water pipes, electrical repairs, and HVAC (mechanical) repairs.  The income table below identifies the qualifying income limits based on household size.
