Christmas in the Park will return to Westlake, 421 Gross Road for its 30th year. The event will feature many new surprises and lots of traditional activities.

 Saturday, Dec. 10 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
 Sunday, Dec. 11 1 - 6 p.m.


Attractions - 
“Here Comes Christmas” Parade - FREE
  • The parade begins at 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday and wind through the park.
  • Grand finale fireworks to conclude the parade in celebration of the 30th anniversary.

Event entrance and parking are free, some activities will have a small fee.

Parking - All parking is free. 
Christmas in the Park general public parking is available in the grass field across from Westlake Park, 421 Gross Road.

A remote parking lot with shuttle service will begin at 1 p.m. and is located at Family Cathedral of Praise, 790 Windbell Circle. No onsite handicapped parking is available. Those needing assistance should park at the remote lot. Shuttle buses are equipped to serve special needs guests.

Travel Routes - Arrive at Christmas in the Park sooner by avoiding holiday traffic with one of the many alternative travel routes offered at www.cityofmesquite.com/ShoppingRoutes.

Lights - Decorations will continue to use some lights around the park and as in past years will be available for viewing beginning December 12 from 5 – 11 p.m. until the first week of January.
