Mesquite Parks and Recreation Department invites all dogs and their owners to cool off, compete for prizes, and play at the pool.

• Dogs will have access to wading pool, lap pool and one-meter diving board

• Owners are invited to swim with their pets, if desired 

• Dogs can compete in the following contests for prizes: 

1. Pet Swim Suit Contest

2. Pet & Owner Look-a-like Contest

3. Dog Paddle Race

4. Diving Contest 

• Admission fee $5.00 for one owner one pet, $2.00 for each additional pet, $1.00 all Spectators.

Event Safety
In an effort to make sure that everyone in attendance has a safe and enjoyable experience, all dogs will be required to show proof of current vaccinations and must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 and older. Aggressive or socially awkward dogs may be asked to leave. Lifeguards will be on duty.
