The City of Mesquite conducted a 2019 Mesquite Community Attitude and Satisfaction Survey. The survey was administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for governmental organizations. The purpose of the survey was to assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of major City services and to help determine priorities for the community as part of the City’s on-going planning process. A comparison of this year's performance with other communities both regionally and nationally, as well as an internal comparison to last year's survey results was also conducted.
