City Lake Aquatics Center and Vanston Pool are available for a private parties. The facilities will only be reserved to one group per evening and pool reservations begin at 7:30 p.m.
Entry before 7:30 p.m. is NOT permitted.

Pool Rentals & Reservations
Reservation Information
Reservations for private parties can only be made at the Parks & Recreation Administrative office located at 1515 N. Galloway and proof of residency is required during the payment process the shade structure reservations can be made online. All reservations must be booked and paid for at least seven days prior to the event.
All pool rules and regulations must be observed during reservations.
For youth groups, a chaperone ratio of 3 adults to 25 children is required.
Every person entering the pool facility for reservations will count toward occupancy levels, including those individuals that do not swim.
Anyone attending who plans to swim or enter the water must be in appropriate swim attire.
Groups making reservations are prohibited from charging admission.
Parks & Recreation must provide prior approval for decorations. Nails, tape or pins may not be used to hang decorations.
Cancellations:
25% of the reservation fee will be charged for any cancellations more than seven days from the scheduled date of the reservation.
50% of the reservation fee will be charged for any cancellations less than seven days from the scheduled date of the reservation.
A $35 fee will be assessed for any changes after the reservation is set. Changes to the reservation must be made no less than 72 hours prior to the reservation.
The user is responsible for cleaning the reserved premises, tables and adjacent areas.
