New Water Utility Online Payment Site

Starting on Sunday, January 15th, the City of Mesquite will be launching a new web site for online water bill payments. New features of this site include:

• Enhanced security
• Extended billing information, such as an itemized list of all charges for each bill and a report of your monthly water consumption
• Simplified payment entry

The new web site will still be accessible from the Pay Water Bill Online link on the city's web page, but there are a few things you need to be aware of before logging on to the new site for the first time:

• For new users (you did not have an account on the old system): You will need to click on the Register link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to set up a new account.
• For existing users (you have an account on the old system): Enter your existing User ID and Password then click on Login. You will then be asked to answer some security questions and create a new password to complete your registration.

Implementation Schedule

You will be able to enter payments into the old system until 12 PM (noon) on Saturday, January 14th. After noon on the 14th, the payment system will be inaccessible as we transition to the new web site. The new web site will be available starting at 6 AM on Sunday, January 15th.

NOTE THAT ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY CHANGE IF ANY PROBLEMS ARE DISCOVERED DURING THE WEB SITE TRANSITION.
