H1N1 (Swine) Flu can be prevented just like any other seasonal flu by following some easy practices:
Stop the spread of germs:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap is not available
- Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze
- Wash your hands after coughing or sneezing
